Delivery
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery time: between 7 and 14 business days depending on the destination
- Shipping costs: free for orders over €100
- A tracking number is provided as soon as the shipment is sent.
Our warehouses work with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Returns
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt to return it.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been validated.
Personalized, used, or incomplete products cannot be returned.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days, contact our customer service for verification and quick resolution (resend or refund).
