Delivery
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Delivery times: between 7 and 14 business days depending on the destination
- Shipping fees: free for purchases over €100
- A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped
Our warehouses work with reliable carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Returns
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt to make a return.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved
Personalized, used, or incomplete products cannot be returned.

If you have not received your order within 15 business days, please contact our customer service for verification and quick resolution (reshipment or refund).
